JMDR will maintain our formal certification to ISO 9001.
JMDR will achieve an overall average score of 4 out of 5 for client/contractor satisfaction surveys.
JMDR will action 90% of Improvement Opportunities within 3 months.
JMDR will ensure that 90% of Competency Certificates for internal staff will be renewed, before they expire.
JMDR will ensure 100% of internal staff are trained in JMDR Induction package.
JMDR will ensure customer complaints/incidents are limited to no more than one per month.
