Responsibilities:
Plan and undertake administration of contacts, Rail projects and support services within the Company.
- Your primary role is listed below but not limited to:
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts for Rail projects and services provided by the Company.
- Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts and projects and any company services.
- Managing, collating, and ensuring the paperwork associated with contracts and projects are within the company guidelines.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineering Professionals and Company Employees to ensure that the project milestones are met.
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementation of their decisions.
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations on work orders.
- Preparing and reviewing submission and reports concerning the Company’s projects to the Director.
- Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project outcome Compliance of works with QMS (Quality Management System), ISO 9001 and Client Standards.
- Follow up with clients and stockholders to ensure the timely approvals of documents submitted.
- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, timelines, customer service, safety, and reliability at all times.
- Effectively communicate design expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct project postmortems and create recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful projects elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and coordination.
- Manage delivery of work within agreed timeframe.
- Set example of excellence for others
