JMDR Teams Meeting

JMDR holds Global Teams Meeting to support Staff of 415+. 
JMDR’s Managing Director, Dilip Goyal hosts staff meeting via Teams on Friday, attended by 225 employees from 4 continents, 16 offices across the Globe. 
 
The message delivered by Dilip and Senior Management Team reiterated JMDR's core values to be the supplier of choice:

Accountability (including Safety) alue for Money
Integrity
People (Respect & Team Work, Training)
Customer Focus (Deliver Scope on Program with Quality)

Congratulated all staff for their commitment to living these values and delivering under challenging circumstances

Introduced the expanded Senior Management Team and each person’s responsibilities as part of ensuring all staff deliver on our Values

Further emphasised the role, JMDR will play in developing and training people for long term employability in the Rail and Construction sector

Outlined future growth plans for the business including initiatives to expand and develop existing offices and also worldwide into Canada and the USA
