At JMDR , we have always been committed to investing in the future of the rail industry by supporting the training and development of rail professionals through our Registered Training Organisation, Competency Assessments, and IRSE licensing.

Recently, we took this commitment a step further by commissioning a fully functional rail training facility at our Ingleburn Training Centre. This facility brings together a wide range of rail assets, including a complete Interlocking, Level Crossing, Signals, Points, Axle Counters, Track Circuits, Points Condition Monitors, and Signal Locations, all of which can be demonstrated, operated, and used for hands-on training.

We are therefore exceptionally proud to share that JMDR has been awarded the ARA's Supplier Excellence Award for 2025 in recognition of the development of this training facility.
