Training for our employees was not always readily available within the Sydney Region and we firmly believe that high quality industry recognised training should be accessible for any person working within the Rail Signalling Industry.
Our Training Facility
Based in Minto (10 minute walk from Minto Train Station) our classroom facilities are comfortably furnished, air-conditioned and spacious with excellent resources. We endeavour to provide delegates with a pleasant environment in which to train and develop.
Training & Competence Manager
Richard joined JMDR in 2014 and has over 17 years of experience of working within Training & Competency Management with the Railway Signalling & Telecommunication Industry. Richard’s role within JMDR is to provide Training and Competence Management advice and support to both clients and employees. Prior to joining JMDR Richard was responsible for the overall management of the IRSE Licensing Scheme at the IRSE HQ in London.
Lead Trainer – Signalling
Raymond has 45 years of professional Signalling Experience; he is a highly motivated Signalling Competency Engineer experienced in Maintenance, Test and Commissioning and trainer with experience in training small and large groups across diverse signalling departments and safe working. Proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs and integrate instructional technology to provide onsite and virtual training.
