Every project has an allocated Project Manager who has complete responsibility to ensure all aspects of a client's requirements are delivered smoothly, safely, on-time and within budget.

    Dilip Goyal is the founder and passionate leader of the JMDR Group. He has over 33 years of experience in the rail and engineering industry having worked as a Graduate Engineer, Project Engineer, Test Engineer, Signals Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager and Program Manager of Railway Signalling in NSW. Having delivered many signalling projects from concept to handover he is now managing JMDR's group business in Australia, UK, India and South East Asia.

    Richard has over 24 years of experience in the field of Railway Signalling with a strong background in signalling management including signalling Design, Construction Works, Maintenance, Testing, and Commissioning. Having previously been responsible for Civil and Electrical program delivery for RailCorp and the management of maintenance for all the rail disciplines for the North region within Sydney Trains, Richard now leads the JMDR team in Australia, NZ and South East Asia as General Manager (Engineering).

    Vilas has more than 30 years of Railway Signalling experience. He is currently Responsible for managing the design coordination, design and independent design check, resource planning & project management of our Indian and UK operations.

  • Bruce McMurtrie - Senior Testing & Commissioning Manager

    Bruce has more than 40 years of Rail Signaling and communications experience and has worked in numerous roles demonstrating excellent project management, interface management, construction and testing & commissioning knowledge. Bruce has managed the commissioning of a complex multi-discipline project (LGCUP) of more than $400M.

    With a successful career in senior management for RailCorp Bruce has the experience to manage all facets of rail systems delivery.

    Adam is a highly motivated individual with a can-do, positive attitude and proven ability of successful project delivery. He has worked on high profile complex projects such as Epping to Chatswood Rail Link, North Shore Headways and Homebush Turnback? and most recently was the Commissioning Manager for the Parramatta Turnback project.

    Darren has over 30 years of experience in the field of Signalling Design and in the NSW rail industry. Prior to joining JMDR he was employed by Sydney Trains in the role of Technical Specialist. Darren has recently completed a secondment with TfNSW Control Systems where again he undertook the role of the SME. Darren’s signalling design capability is highly sought after for delivery of signalling projects in NSW.

    With over 14 years of experience in testing, commissioning, maintenance and project management of signalling projects in the railway industry in Australia, Jarrad has worked in a range of positions including Signalling Testing Manager, AEO Package Lead, Commissioning Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Tester-In-Charge.

    With over 16 year of experience within Competency Management Richard’s role is to provide competence management and support services to both clients and employees in the areas that JMDR operate. Prior to joining JMDR he was responsible for the management of the internationally accredited IRSE Licensing Scheme at IRSE UK. Richard also undertakes the role of IRSE Assessing Agency Manager.

    Joseph has 40+ years of experience in Railway Industry. His main involvement over the years has been in the numerous aspects of Program/Project Management, Planning, Testing & Commissioning, and Construction management of both Signalling and Multi-discipline projects. Joseph was responsible for the management and delivery of Programs/Projects from the concept stage to the finalisation stage. He has carried out various duties such as a Program Delivery Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Test Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Superintendent, Signal Supervisor Electrical, Signal Electrician I|C Construction, Signal Electrician, and Electrical Mechanic.

    Iouri has total 35 years of experience in the field of Railway Signalling Design and Testing. He has considerable experience with the application of CBI technology as well as more conventional relay or mechanical based systems. He is also an experience tester in all aspects of signalling testing from individual equipment through to the formal principles test.

    Paul is an experienced Professional Railway Engineering Manager with more than 50 years’ experience in rail signalling, mostly with a major government rail organisation. He is a specialist in signalling technology, standards development, evaluation of equipment and rolling stock, incident investigation and signalling competency management.
    Paul has special expertise in the fields of train detection systems and traction return, level crossing protection and signalling power systems.

    Raymond has 45 years of professional Signalling Experience. He is a highly motivated signalling Competency Engineer experienced in Maintenance, Test and Commissioning and trainer with experience in training small and large groups across diverse signalling departments and safe working. Proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs and integrate instructional technology to provide onsite and virtual training.

Carried out Design, check and verification independently and can manage team of Design Engineers.

    Pradeep has more than 30 experiences in the rail industry covering asset, maintenance and project management roles both in Australia and overseas including Safeworking and possession & closedown management. He has proven management competence in successfully, planning, scheduling and coordinating the development and delivery of Annual Work Programs ($650M) in an operating rail environment. He was responsible for leading, coordinating, managing and integrating external projects to achieve the safe and cost effective performance of assets whilst contributing to on time running and reliability objectives. His experience covers work in both the public and private sectors with specific skills in quality and safety systems covering WHS, Rail Safety, Track Access planning and closedown management

I have got 9 years of experience with UK Railways and familiar with Network Rail Design Principles. Verification and Validation of control table Westrace/Westlock data on simulator.

    Over 23 years’ experience in the signalling and communications area. Has managed teams of up to 35 people whilst working as District Engineer of SRA / RailCorp. Has been responsible for renewal of signalling assets in State Rail Authority, managed the signalling construction program and construction teams to ensure construction is as per design and program schedule.

    Kevin is a Senior Signal Engineer with nearly 41 years of signalling experience gained from my time working on the NSW rail network both as a Signal Electrician and a Signal Engineer in the design, construction, testing, commissioning and project management of railway signalling equipment and systems. Prior to establishing DHS Signals Pty Ltd in 2011, he worked for NSW railways in its various forms from 1974 till 2005 in maintenance and control systems. From 2005 to 2011 worked for GHD as a Senior Signalling Engineer and Star Engineering and Infrastructure as their Signal Manager while in these roles carried out testing, certifying and commissioning works including the role of commissioning engineer for ARTC projects
