Responsibilities• Manage all HR functions compliant with legislative requirements • Support the coordination of HR procedures • Sourcing & reviewing candidates, conducting phone interviews, organising face to face interviews, reference checking.• New employee induction and joining process - Employment pack completions, pre-employment medical bookings & review if required, preparation of training/site induction documents & bookings, issue of JMDR clothing and PPE etc.• Develop, maintain and organise training/ development /induction program for existing employees.• Maintain records.• Conduct feedback and surveys.• Ensure procedures and processes are being followed.• Provide accurate and timely HR reporting to the business as required.• Collaborate, assist, and lead specific projects within HR Department as required.• Preparing letters and other documents.• Providing user support to employees.• Communicating & Liaise with company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.• Developing and delivering adequate induction and training.• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.• Generating management reports, training coordination, maintaining circulars, policies and bulletins and employment records, and providing clerical assistance to managers and supervisors on special projects and implementing HR related policy and procedures.• General administrative duties.• Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee, company, and client information.
Qualification: • Qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to multi-task, improvise and adapt quickly by thinking on your feet and adhere to deadlines satisfactorily.• High degree of organizational ability and resourcefulness.• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.• Understanding of employee rights and industrial relations.• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
